A bunch of adventurers are embarking on OneHelluvaRide. All of them are passionate about travel, exploration and adventure and have come together to make the trip of a lifetime. People from diverse backgrounds, cultures and nationalities, the team epitomises the One World concept, a world without boundaries, the brotherhood of man. The team is still a few people short, and yet, it comprises four nationalities - Indian, Australian, American and Nepalese. OneHelluvaRide is a global expedition in spirit, form and team. |

Chandan Lahiri is the ideator and Leader of OneHelluvaRide. He spent two decades in the communications industry before starting OutThere Adventurers, India’s first event ideation firm focussed on promoting adventure sports and travel. He currently holds two world records in endurance motorcycling, travelling the high Himalayas.
He is also involved with a voluntary organisation involved in primary education, HIV/AIDS prevention and women’s empowerment. He was the editorial consultant for Adventure World, India’s first adventure sports magazine. He is also a contributor to Lonely Planet Magazine India. |

Peter Stewart is an Australian adventurer, mountain biker and corporate trainer. He is based out of Kathmandu and Colombo. On a travel visit to Nepal nearly two decades ago, Peter settled there and today runs Himalayan Mountain Bikes and Adventure Asia. Apart from conducting adventure tours in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tibet, China and Mongolia, Peter is also a corporate trainer, something he learned during his many years working with the famed Robert Kiyosaki.
Apart from being one of the three riders on OneHelluvaRide, Peter is also responsible for handling logistics, visas, permits, guides, etc. |

Sarosh Cooper is a long time member of Team OutThere. In addition to being a world record holder in endurance motorcycle, he is also a skydiver, alpine skier, water skier, PADI certified scuba diver, a high altitude trekker and a mountaineer. He is a adventurer at heart and an executive by necessity. He has trekked and climbed extensively in the Himalayas and was voted the best of the six motorbikers in the last world record setting OutThere Adventurers expedition ... by the motorbikers themselves. He is based in Mumbai, India and does not lose any opportunity to indulge in any form of extreme sport. |

Noel McPereira has been a film-maker for near three decades. Currently the creative head of a
news channel, he has been part of the launch of several channels. An avid adventurer he is a
certified mountaineer and has a passion for long distance driving. He has climbed to a height
of 19,300 ft. He
has undertaken several long distance road journeys. Always wanting to travel and make films
he jumped the opportunity to direct this journey. |

Plaban Bagchi ... he likes to be known as Kevin ... is a graduate from a renowned film school in New Delhi and has plans of becoming a Director one day. He has already filmed and directed quite a few documentaries in his short career and has received critical acclaim from his peers. Plaban will man one of the HD cameras on OneHelluvaRide and will also edit the clips that will be uploaded for daily updates to the media and this website. |

Thomas Jordan Elliot or TJ as he is known among his friends and foes, joins the team from Pennsylvania, USA as the “VanMan”. TJ has travelled to over 50 countries (he is about half that age!) across all the continents except Antarctica, and has an intimate knowledge of outdoor travel. He is also a photographer and can “first-aid” SUVs. There is an emotional attachment TJ has with Team OutThere ... he was riding pillion behind Chandan Lahiri on a trip around Rajasthan when they met with a near fatal accident that busted up Chandan's knee ... he got away unscathed. |

Sanjay Stewart is the baby of the team who will celebrate his 14th birthday on OneHelluvaRide. At 5 years of age he had already done a solo ride on a motorcycle and by the time he was 8 had taken his first paragliding flight, Travelling across Asia he has developed his skills as a climber, kayaker, white water rafter, paraglider, orienteer and biker (motorised and leg powered). Sanjay will be a great addition to the team and is expected to live up to the name his his father (Peter Stewart) has given him ... OneHelluvaKid! |
