The expedition team will carry “wish flags” that will be filled with the wishes of deprived children they meet along the way. With the donations received during the ride, many of these wishes will be fulfilled. Once back, the string of wish flags will be put up on a high mountain pass taking the children’s wishes to the far corners of the globe, hoping for fruition.

The War Wounded Foundation concerns itself with men in uniform, those who have fought for the country and become disabled due to it. Looking at them, we cannot help but realise the futility of war and the need for global peace.
